The Villa (Bastide 1881) is located in the countryside, on a fully enclosed ground, outside of Carpentras near Serres with the Mont Ventoux in focus and will welcome you for holidays for a week (or more) in a relaxing environment. You will enjoy a central location and easy access to visit the most beautiful sites of Provence and especially the Vaucluse and Luberon.You are just a few km from the new aquatic center Wave Island and the Spirou park.
The villa can accomodate up to 10 people + 1 baby (with a maximum of 8 adults).
This country house is equipped to be comfortable and functional (full kitchen equipment, oven, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, flat screen TV (80 French and international channels), air conditioning (living room & bedrooms), DVD player with many DVDs for children, high-speed Internet (Wi-Fi access throughout the house and on the terrace), games, books, chairs & umbrellas .... not to mention a beautiful garden with large private pool.
The pool is secured by a flap that meets the standards NF P90-308. This ensures in addition the maintenance of water temperature. The pool is equipped with a heat pump which ensures maintaining the water temperature at 28 °C (see below).
The owner, who lives there in the year, will not be on in the Villa during your stay and you will benefit of the entire infrastructure for you and your guests.

To ensure the quality of the property, student parties, bachelor parties, loud parties and booking by group of young people are prohibited.
The house is suitable for families with children (maximum 4 + 1 baby) or friends doing sport or searching to relax.
Pets not allowed.

Carpentras is located at only 20 minutes from the motorway.
The house is located in the periphery of Carpentras with Mont Ventoux in focus but remains close to major amenities (within 5km of a hospital, shopping centers, restaurants, ...).
Coming in Carpentras, you will be at less than 30 minutes from Avignon and can radiate in the area to visit the main attractions of the area with bike or car.
